Ingredients
  

  • 4 Sweet Potatoes
  • 4 Tbsp Suzie's Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup Tahini
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 6 Tbsp Water Plus more as Needed
  • 1 Garlic Clove Grated or Pressed
  • 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 450 Degrees
  • Slice Sweet Potatoes into thin strips and place in baking tray
  • Sprinkle Sweet Potatoes with Suzie's Seasoning
  • Bake Sweet Potatoes for 45 Minutes
  • For the Dipping sauce: Whisk together all remaining ingredients until smooth and creamy
