Production Associate - Second Shift

3:00pm to 11:00pm

Shift Differential Offered!

Location: Reading, PA

Responsibility: To perform all required tasks in the inspection and/or packaging of the Savor Street products. Assembling cartons, moving materials, and understanding the packing machines.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally.
• Physically capable to lifting up to 40 pounds
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Strong attention to detail as well as foresight to identify concerns
• Up to three (3) months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Experience with Work Instructions, Production Work Orders, and/or additional instructional manuals/reference documents.
• Ability to learn repetitive tasks quickly; read and comprehend Production Work Order; and to be proactive in continuous improvement.
• When given proper instruction, ability to retain knowledge of patterns.
• Basic computer skills to operate Company software.
